About the Event

The 2014 Geneva International Motor Show will be staged March 6-16 at the Geneva Palexpo in Geneva, Switzerland. As always, the 84th edition of the Geneva Motor Show saw many significant automotive debuts, headlined by Maserati’s stunning Alfieri concept, Porsche’s latest Le Mans prototype, the 919 Hybrid and the 650S from McLaren. Organizers expect more than 700,000 visitors, in addition to the latest technologies and designs from more than 250 exhibitors.

The 2014 Geneva Motor Show was certainly no exception as it featured interesting and/or spectacular releases and announcements across the board, whether it was the rear-engined Renault Twingo, Porsche's new endurance racing program or the 1,341 bhp (1 MW!) Koenigsegg One:1.

This year’s event included an exceptional exhibition in collaboration with the ACO (Automobile Club de l’Ouest), organizer of the Le Mans 24 Hours. The display brought together 20 former Le Mans race cars, including the 1929 Bentley Speed Six, 1988 Jaguar XJR9, 1991 Mazda 787B, 1998 Porsche GT1 and 2013 Audi R18 E-Tron Quattro, among others.
