About the Event

At the 1974 Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance, the prestigious Best of Show award was won by M. L. Post with a 1929 Rolls-Royce Phantom I Brewster Regent Convertible Coupe.

The year 1974 also marked a major milestone in the local car community as it saw the inception of companion historic racing events in the Monterey area alongside the Sunday Concours.
