About the Event
Rétromobile is an annual show dedicated to vintage cars dealing with all the themes of classic cars, which is held at the Porte de Versailles exhibition center in Paris.
A major player in 'Paris Car Week', Rétromobile grows year after year and attracts the biggest collector car dealers, who bring cars, each one more exceptional than the last. Each year the show honors a manufacturer, a circuit or an event (the 100th anniversary of MG and the Montlhéry circuit in 2024 for example. The 2023 edition was more focused on the centenary of the 24h of Le Mans with numerous cars that marked the race such as a Ferrari 250 GTO, a Porsche 917, the Peugeot 905 winner in 1992... The 2022 edition was the opportunity to see George Harrisson's McLaren F1 accompanied by 6 other examples of different variants: Prototype, road car, race car (short and longtail) and even a rare GT version !
Rétromobile also welcomes the 3 largest auction houses in Europe: RM Sotheby's, Bonhams Cars and Artcurial Motorcars. One of the most expensive cars in the world was even sold at the Artcurial sale in 2016, the 335S ex Bardinon sold for $35 million!
