About the Event
The 19th Mille Miglia took place on 3 and 4 May 1952 and led over 1,574 km from Brescia to Rome and back to Brescia.
After a slight decline in the number of participants in 1951, the number of drivers and co-drivers rose to more than 1000 in 1952. From Italy, almost every driver who had a valid racing license was at the start. 502 cars with 1004 drivers and co-drivers entered the race. 272 teams were included in the ranking.
