About the Event
Quite a large number of these hyper-powered machines got together on the Bruntingthorpe Aerodrome for less than orthodox purposes, as part of the Vmax200 and the Secret Supercar Meet events.The two-mile runway was wet throughout the hostilities, but this didn’t stop the drivers from going flat out
From the hybrid hypercar triumvirate, through senior machines such as the Ferrari F40 and the Jaguar XJ220, to classic metal like the original Gullwing, they were all there. The Euro-flavored high-octane rides were obviously dominant, but a few machines from other parts of the world did accompany these, such as a Ford GT.
