Information
Crashed by Pedro Lamy after the start of 1994 San Marino Grand Prix, which led to safety car. Soon after the safety car returned to pit lane, Senna was killed in the crash. The safety car then was a Opel Vectra, which ran too slow that it caused the F1 cars to lose their tyre temperature. Some investigations suggest that this might be a factor of Senna's fatal crash.
