Information
Upgraded to VF-21 in 2021, one of two surviving chassis of VF-20/21.
Heavily crashed at 2021 Monaco Grand Prix by Mick Schumacher at FP3, but the chassis was not damaged. Reparation caused him to miss qualifying. Used in 2021 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix by Nikita Mazepin because he wrote off two chassis consecutively in previous races.
During 2024 Dutch Grand Prix, Mazepin's sponsor, was well as his father's company Ural Kali, sued Haas to return their sponsorship payment. Due to 2022 Russian Invasion to Ukraine, Haas ended Mazepin's contract but didn't return the sponsorship payment, which was believed to be $9 million. Local authorities seized Haas assets at Zandvoort and Swiss court demanded Haas to refund. After the payments were done, Haas was allowed to leave the track. A VF-21 car was delivered to Ural Kali as a part of the payment, because this is the only surviving chassis that was once driven by Mazepin, it's highly possible that it was given to Ural Kali.
