Information
At 1995 Hungarian Grand Prix, Taki Inoue's engine failed, he stopped the car, ran to get a fire extinguisher and help the marshals to put out the fire. As Inoue returned to the car, a medical car drove into the scene and hit him. Inoue's legs were slightly injured, but he recovered before the next race.
This was Inoue's second accident with safety/medical car in one season, at Monaco his car was hit by a safety car, which was a much horrifying situation.
