Information
Originally served as a spare car. During 1991 San Marino GP practice, Michele Alboreto was testing the new FA12 he meant to drive in the race, the car lost control at Temburello, hit the wall at a high speed and burst into flame, very similar to Senna's fatal accident 3 years later at the same corner. Luckily Alboreto escaped from the car, but with 15 stitches on his rib. The FA12 was written off, so Alboreto drove the spare car A11 C during the Grand Prix.
