The Caramulo Museum belongs to the Abel and João Lacerda Foundation. The two brothers decided to continue the passion and legacy left by their father, Jerónimo de Lacerda, and today the museum is known for its impressive collections of cars, art and even old toys.
The first building of this museum is reserved for around three thousand ancient toys, as well as for the art collection, which includes ancient Egypt and China and also artists well known to all visitors, such as Picasso, Dalí, Lurçat, Souza-Cardoso, Vieira da Silva and Barata Feyo. The second building houses cars: Bugatti, Rolls-Royce, Ferrari, Pegaso, Porsche and Lamborghini are just some of the brands you can find. Here you will find unique examples of cars, motorcycles, bicycles, vehicles from the Second World War and even presidential cars.
