- As Vector was a Florida-based company, this example of M12 was finished in the unique orange and blue color scheme of the Florida State Football Team, with hopes of attracting a buyer who was a fan of the team
- The color proved difficult to produce, and the company responsible for Vector's paint (House of Color) painted the car three times before the color was deemed correct
