- Driven by Jeremy Clarkson on Top Gear
- This car had many issues during its initial assembly in 1996. After many repairs, subsequent damage, and repaints, it was decided the car would become a designated test vehicle. This would never happen, as Vector would shut its doors soon afterwards. In 1998 after Vector was reborn (again!), it was rebuilt using the engine from the EPA II development car. The original engine from this car was used for M12 chassis 009.
