- Vector M12 American Anthem Show Car
- The first production M12
- In its Stars & Stripes color scheme it made its debut at the 1996 Detroit Motor Show alongside chassis 002
- The color scheme was designed by Michael Santoro, a GM Designer who had just finished work on the Cirrus vehicle
- The design was intended to represent the car crashing through the flag at speed
- The car was built over Christmas of 1995, and it was apparent that it was going to be tight to reach the early January deadline for Detroit
- The build was so last minute that the interior was completed at a hotel in Detroit with a sewing machine on hand
- The car was later sold to a Floridian owner who loved the design so much that he removed the side of his house and drove it into his lounge, rebuilding the wall behind to close it in
