This chassis suffered two massive crash.
The first was at 2001 German Grand Prix. During the start, Schumacher had a gearbox failure so he drove very slowly on the straight. Luciano Burti's sight was blocked by other cars so he drove this AP04 directly into Schumacher. The crash sent Burti's car airborne, he rolled over and landed upright on track.
The chassis survived from the first crash, but was destroyed at 2001 Japanese Grand Prix. During Free Practice session, Enge lost control at 130R and hit the barrier at a high speed.
