Information
This 911 S was delivered new to Claus Utz in Reutlingen in Marc 1972. It arrived in standard 911 2.4L S configuration at the Max Moritz workshop, where it received a Group 4 factory kit, transforming it into an ST version.
The car won the 36 Hours of the Nürburgring that same year. Sold to Hermann Peter Duge, then to Ludwig Kuhn in 1975, it enjoyed a brilliant rally career, with several notable victories and placings. In 1977, the Jene brothers acquired it and continued its operation until 1985. Restored by Manfred Rugen to its original configuration, it was later driven by Walter Röhrl in a historic rally in 2003.
