Information
Châssis 911 230 0444 is often wrongly attributed to driver Franz-Josef Rieder, when it actually belonged to Heinz Henericci. Leaving the factory in standard 2.4L form, it was converted into a 2.5 L ST by Kremer Brothers in April 1972. This conversion by the same tuner as Rieder's car led to lasting confusion between the two cars. At the time, 0444 was white with a blue front bumper and saw little racing. Its current orange and yellow livery actually corresponds to that of Rieder's car, not its original configuration.
