Information
This Porsche 911 2.5L S-T was delivered new by Sonauto and then converted for competition in 1971, with mechanical preparation by Marcel Balsa and bodywork by Patrick Lorens (Delta Racing). It subsequently passed through the hands of several French driver-owners, including Dominique Bardini, Max Antichan, and Jean-Claude Fabre. Competing in numerous major events, it notably started the 1972 4 Hours of Le Mans and several editions of the Tour de France Automobile. Its racing career spanned from 1972 to 1982, illustrating a rare longevity for a privately owned car. Kept by the same owner for over thirty years, it joined its current keeper in 2020.
