This car was ordered new by a French customer for delivery via Mercedes-Benz in Paris. After WW2 the car went to the USA. Subsequently restored, it was displayed at the prestigious Pebble Beach concours in 2002 by its (then) Japanese owner before its return to the Fatherland in the hands of the current owner.
