Originally Bleu Spettrale Metallizzato/Pelle Naturale to G.G. Nations, Geneva, Switzerland on 8 August 1969.
David K. Spindle M.D. ordered this car from the Swiss importer. It was imported to the USA as a 'used car* you have the agent listed as the owner in Los Angeles when it was really Dr. Spindle. Who owned it until sold to the owner in San Diego.
Interior was changed from natural Boar to lt blue Connolly leather due to the smell of the boar skins.
Dr. Spindle had roof rust repaired and the car was re painted a Champagne green by MISTAKE. He then had it repainted dark metallic Blue and it remained that blue for the duration of his ownership.
In 1993 with John Virgadamo, San Diego, CA, USA.
In 1985 sold to an Italian family living in Canada. When they later moved back to Italy in 2011 they took the Espada with them.
2023: for sale at Klima Lounge
2024: bought by Mr Kindle junior and now back to US
