The car for Pedro de la Rosa, it wasn't even finished on Thursday of the first race week for scrutineering. The team requested to delay scrutineering to Friday, FIA agreed so de la Rosa could compete. But both HRTs failed to get a lap time within 107% of the pole time. Although in most cases in modern F1, cars exceeding 107% of pole time are allowed to race, the HRTs weren't. This was the last time of DNQ in F1.
