Considered as the worst modern F1, it was one of last the ever cars to fail to qualify (along with another F112). At 2012 Australian Grand Prix, both Narain Karthikeyan and Pedro de la Rosa failed to enter the 107% of pole time. Although in most cases in modern F1, cars exceed 107% of pole time are allowed to race, both HRTs were not allowed to start the race.
