The 1st of 2 308Cs built by Hesketh and the only one raced by the team.
James Hunt used the car in the final races of the 1975 season, finishing 5th at Monza and 4th at Watkins Glen.
It was developed into FW05/1 in 1976. Ickx scored a 3rd in the Race of the Champions at Brands Hatch but that was a rare highlight.
The car has since been returned to its Hesketh guise
