Crashed twice: first time during Spa 1000 Kilometres in 1968 and second time during 24 Hours of Le Mans 1968 - at the end of the Mulsanne Straight the door flew open at 150 mph, trying to close it, driver lost control and the car careered off the track into the trees.
Remains of the car were sold to Franco Sbarro in 1969 and it was partially rebuilt, but it was fully completed by the third owner.
