Information
The first GT40 to appear with the definitive Mk1 shape.
After the 24 hours of Le Mans in 1965 it was used for development and was wrecked during testing at Monza.
After the Monza test's crash, some original parts of this car have been installed in chassis P/1000.
The chassis was sold to formal Ford's engineer Terry Drury and once rebodied as an Alan Mann AM-GT2 with an aluminum body made by Paul Hawkins under another owner's ownership.
Now the car is in the original 1965 Le Man's racing specs.
