Information
Built to race specification in 1965 but never raced.
It was tested by Alan Mann team at Goodwood at the end of 1965, it did the motor show round as a lookalike of GT40 Mk.II chassis P/1046 (1966 Le Mans winner) and a few years later as a lookalike chassis P/1075 (1968 and 1969 Le Mans winner).
It's in between these transformations that the car was used in the TV serie 'The Avengers'.
It was restored to it's original 1965 configuration and some of its original parts have been used to built GT40 chassis P/1009A.
