At 1967 Monaco Grand Prix, the car crashed at harbour chicane, turned over and caught fire with the driver Lorenzo Bandini trapped in the cockpit. He was severely injured with more than 70% of his body burnt and chest fracture when finally rescued out of the car. After 3 days of rescuing in hospital, Bandini passed away on 10 May 1967.
