Run with a doble wing at 1982 Long Beach GP, this is still one of the most special rear wings in F1 history. Both rear wings are in a legal size, they placed side by side, one slightly in front, and have the effect of a rear wing with twice width. Ferrari claimed the design was legal, as there was no rule saying they can't have two rear wings. But FIA announced the double rear wing was illegal, Gilles Villeneuve was disqualified after crossing the line at P3 (Pironi DNF with same rear wing).
In fact, the rear wing was not an actual innovation or experiment, it was a part of the FISA-FOCA war. Ferrari deliberately retaliated and mocked against the water-cooled brakes loophole FOCA teams found at Brazilian GP. Ferrari showed that how the cars could look like if the teams continued to exploit loopholes.
The car never appeared after Dutch GP, presumably destroyed in a crash test.
