Built in 1936 with a 1.5 L engine. Over its life, it had changes: post-war, it was fitted with a Wade supercharger, later replaced with a standard Roots/Jamieson type. Suspension dampers modified (piston-type dampers 1948 70s, then restored to original type). The tail section was enlarged at one stage, but reduced to its original size in the early 1980s.
