Built by Dauer using a spare chassis and the homologation papers from Super Sport chassis 39024
Original car was crashed before delivery and taken apart for reassembly.
During reassembly, Bugatti went bankrupt and the car was left unfinished.
In 1997 the car was purchased by Dauer and completed, from then on, it became a 'Split Car', that is to say the chassis and the papers were separated and 2 cars were built, the other one is chassis #7298 - Nero Metallizzato with Champagne interior.
