Information
Race winner at 1959 Dutch Grand Prix, the first (of 17) wins for British team BRM.
First win, pole position, and podium for Swedish driver Joakim 'Jo' Bonnier, as well the first pole position, grand prix win and podium for a Swedish driver.
After the racing period of BRM P25 concluded, BRM opted to use the BRM P25 to build the BRM P48. However, Chairman Sir. Alfred Owen said to the mechanics ‘ensure that you save the Dutch Grand Prix winner’ and lately was used as promotional car. This remains as the sole original BRM P25 in existence.
