In the late 80s, a careful restoration was carried out for the first time, during which the BMW 507 was presumably painted black. A recent restoration ensured that the BMW 507 was painted in its original Silver Blue colour. Since this restoration, the BMW 507 has run only 125 km. Before this restoration, it had run approx. 84,000 km.
