A special edition of the Vauxhall VXR8 using technology found in the V8 Supercars.

Differences over the base VXR8 included:

- Fully-adjustable coilover suspension

- Walkinshaw Performance brakes (six-piston front, four-piston rear)

- Walkinshaw Performance alloy-effect sill plates

- Walkinshaw Performance front fog light protectors

- Exterior decals and stripes

- Individually-numbered plaque

The 'S' was offered as an option, including the following changes:

- Walkinshaw Performance supercharger

- Large-capacity intercooler

- High-flow fuel injectors

- Cold air intake

- High-torque capacity clutch
