Information
Built by Williams & Pritchard for Len Bailey’s WSM team, it featured lightweight bodywork, improved aerodynamics, and a far more competitive chassis than the standard production car. Designed for endurance racing in the 1960s, especially at Le Mans, it combined familiar MGB mechanical roots with specialist engineering aimed at speed and reliability. What makes it especially interesting is how it represents the bridge between everyday sports cars and purpose-built prototypes, showing how far clever engineering could push a simple design
