George Russell's F1 debut car
During FP1 of 2019 Azerbaijan Grand Prix, George Russell's car sucked a manhole cover out of its place. The cover hit the bottom of the car and damaged the chassis, Williams gave Russell a new chassis for the following sessions.
The trouble hadn't ended yet, while Russell's car was transported on the track by a truck, the truck hit the advertising board over the track, and the hydraulic equipment was damaged. The hydraulic oil leaked from the equipment and poured upon Russell's car.
The practice was ended to check other manhole covers for safety concerns, and Williams claimed to going to sue the track for compensation. The chassis was repaired and raced again later.
