Information
Set multiple city-to-city speed records throughout 1936, including Darwin to Adelaide, Fremantle to Adelaide and Adelaide to Melbourne.
In 1938, backed by Dunlop, Repco and Shell, the car completed an entire lap of Australia in 24 days, 11 hours and 58 minutes.
After achieving this feat the car was disassembled. The engine, front axle and gearbox were installed into chassis OE86, with the unused parts being stored at the Melbourne Showgrounds.
