Information
Originally Finished in Beige. The original Owner won this car in a raffle in September 1949 having paid 35 cents for a ticket a few months prior. He forgot about it until several men from the Missouri Veterans of Foreign Wars association showed up to his workplace looking for the winner of the raffle and the car would become his in a simple ceremony in his hometown a few days later. He became a local celebrity and people would ask him for rides in the car and congratulate him about it. He couldn't find someone to insure and maintain this car and he sold it for $3500 in December 1949. He would see the car again in 2011 when the current owner invited the original owner to see and drive the car again.
