Built spider like the ones made for the James Bond film. But he doesn't want a simple replica; his idea is to have a perfect car with the style of the basic concept created more than 40 years earlier, but upgraded in a modern, practical, elegant way that can be driven every day.
The 2000GT Roadster was completed in June 2008. It was taken to the Japan Cycle Sports Center in Shuzenji, Shizuoka Prefecture. Karasawa tested the car and had further practical details modified. In the end, it was a very accomplished automobile that was created after four and a half years of work. The work accomplished is remarkable for its elegance and quality.
