Information
Originally finished in British Racing Green over a black interior.
Previously owned by Led Zeppelin drummer, John Bonham
Modifications
Following the crash, it was recreated by AC Cars in 1972 with a cut-down 428 chassis and a new body incorporating the extra large rear haunches was fashioned to house the 7.5 front, and 9.5 rear Halibrands. At the same time the car was converted to RHD and painted in Maroon, before being sold to its new owner. After being acquired by a new owner in 1983, the car was returned to LHD, repainted Maroon again, as well as a raft of modifications which included the bare aluminium dashboard and new widened Sunburst alloys.
