Information
Crashed and burned during the Mont Ventoux hill climb in 1965.
The remains were sold to a French enthusiast, who rebuilt the car using the rear two-thirds of the chassis from COX6010. That car's bodywork and interior were also fitted, with a crude fibreglass nose (as COX6010 had been in a front-end crash).
Later, an 'original' aluminium Cobra body was used.
Subsequently restored to original Le Mans specification by Roger Dowson.
