Originally Red over Black.
Displayed at the 1962 Pittsburgh Auto Show.
Upgraded for competition by Garage de Lorraine in 1964 with:
- Rack-and-pinion steering
- 289 ci engine with Weber carburettors
- Anti-roll bars
- Larger brakes
- Competition hubs
- Halibrand alloy wheels
- Koni shock absorbers
- 36-gallon fuel tank
- Oil cooler
- Unique hood bulge, venting and hard top
Later damaged during an engine fire while returning from Montlhéry, resulting in repair works and a colour change to yellow.
Used in the 1967 Salut les copains! photoshoot with Johnny Hallyday.
Restored back to '64-'65 roadster specification under later ownership.
Later repainted light green metallic.
Purchased by the current owner at the 2006 Rétromobile and restored to its current specification.
