Information

George Follmer achieved his only F1 podium at 1973 Spanish GP with this car. This was Shadow's second best result after their sole victory.
The car had two accidents with Follmer at 1973 Monaco GP practice. The first one was the rear wing suddenly came off, due to the newly relocated mountings. The rear wing flew into the sky and landed on a grandstand, luckily no one was hit. Not long after, Follmer crashed with Arturo Merzario's Ferrari, and the Shadow was written off.
