At 2002 Brazil Grand Prix Sunday morning warm up before the race, Enrique Bernoldi crashed and the car caught fire The medical car stopped by to check him with the door open. Nick Heidfeld was approaching fast, he lost control and hit the door. This was a very rare accident in F1 where race cars hit safety car/medical car.
