This chassis had 2 major accidents.
It had its first Grand Prix at Canada, during FP3, Kevin Magnussen hit the wall and damaged the chassis. He switched to a spare chassis and missed the qualifying. The chassis was repaired later.
During FP1 of Malaysian Grand Prix, a fuel failure made the car caught fire in pitlane, with Magnussen in the cockpit.
