Written off during 1985 Dutch Grand Prix practice. Derek Warwick in this car was overtaking Riccardo Patrese's Alfa Romeo, but Patrese didn't see him coming, and the two collided. Contact of wheels tore off the Renault's suspension and left a whole on its monocoque.
