During the chaotic 2003 Brazilian Grand Prix, on lap 56/71 Mark Webber had a major crash which left the track dirty with lots of debris. Alonso, who came behind, couldn't avoid the debris and with track being wet, had a major crash. The race was red flagged and concluded. Alonso finished P3, but couldn't go to the podium because he went to hospital due being injured.
