Information
Used by Alain Menu in the latter part of the 1994 British Touring Car Championship, after his original race car (chassis 3) was destroyed in a testing accident.
Following the 1994 FIA Touring Car World Cup, chassis 1, 2 & 4 were transferred to Williams Touring Car Engineering to aid with development of the 1995 cars.
In Jan 2013 the car was purchased by MCT, the company who had originally built the car and ran the Renault Dealer Racing BTCC team. Three members of the original team who still work for MCT are intending to restore the car to a drivable state for demonstrations.
