Information
During 2007 Japanese Grand Prix, Mark Webber had a food poisoning, and he vomited in his helmet during the race. The team asked him to box and retire the car, but before he could do that, his future teammate Sebastian Vettel crashed into him. Both driver retired while running 2nd and 3rd, this was regarded as his most embarrassing moment of whole career by Vettel.
