1/14-ish Guards Red / Ascot Brown CGTs, originally owned in the States and imported to Bulgaria in early 2007 by CityCar. Bought by a family and registered with CA5885KT plates the same year.
Its owners had many cars with 5885 plates, including a RennTech SLR, an LP580 Murciélago Roadster, an LP580 coupé, a 3rd gen Viper, a Gallardo, etc. Some of their vehicles were totalled, whereas others were sold abroad between 2010 and 2011, due to financial difficulties. The CGT, being the most valuable car in the collection, remained.
It was spotted all over the country, attending car meets, doing roadtrips, and being taken on joyrides in its first few years in Bulgaria.
The wheels were repainted dark grey around 2012-2013.
The Porsche was taken out regularly up until 2014. It got listed for sale at MM Auto the same year, but the owners changed their minds and got their car back from the exotic dealership shortly after.
The vehicle's MOT and insurance expired in late 2014 - i had got tucked away. No maintenance was done to it in the next few years.
The car was spotted in the summer of 2020, being towed from one storage facility to another.
The CGT is currently at Overdrive for new tyres, spark plugs, coils, front suspension shocks, and PPF.
It will soon be back on the road after almost 10 years of negligence.
