It was delivered new on January 14th 1981 to the famous racing driver Jean-Pierre Gaban, known for its competition career especially at the wheel of 911s. He won the 24 Hours of Spa in 1967 and counts 4 participations in the 24 Hours of Le Mans. He his the unique owner to have driven this 924 Carrera GT from 1981 to 1986. Never registered, he used its garage plates UL212 to drive it. Then he stocked the car for 30 years until 2016 when the car get its first registration. A complete painting and a large service were necessary even if the car wasn’t driven since then. Today, its engine has been refurbished and the car is entirely overhauled, showing its original 55 000 km only, ready to get back to the road. Equipped with air conditioned and 16’’ Fuchs wheels.
