Only 911 Carrera RSR in Australia.
Originally delivered Gulf Blue.
The car’s first Australian owner - Bob Jane, had intended to use the car to campaign in active motorsports events, because of this he had the car immediately sent back to the factory where the car was resprayed Black and made as light as possible.
Fibreglass panels, aluminium doors & plexiglass windows were all amongst the upgrades installed by Porsche, resulting in the car weighing at just 870 kg.
Later on in Jane’s ownership, the car was repainted White, with Gold wheels and accents.
Restored in 1997 under previous ownership, returned to the original factory Gulf Blue.
